How it works

The first thing we do is set up a consultation where we will review how the process works, and go over examples of different styles so you can decide what works best for you.

Next, we'll schedule a day for your photoshoot. We'll pick the day/time most convenient for you, and make sure there is plenty of time to get the pictures you need. We will never rush through a session, and we will continue to take pictures, reviewing them periodically as we go, until we both feel that we have the shot we want.

We'll take many shots from a variety of angles, and I well coach you in order to get the best possible photograph, but don't worry! This is quite easy, and I will go out of my way to make sure you are comfortable in front of the camera. This should be a pleasant, enjoyable experience, and I've been told many times that I am patient, and easy to work with. While it's natural to be nervous at first, you will find that being in front of the camera is both fun and rewarding.

When we are both satisfied that we have enough pictures to pick from, we will go over the results and make a quick selection of the best in the bunch. After this, I will do a more detailed edit, and select from that the several that I feel are the ones worth processing, and when ready, I will send you a link to a private online gallery that only you can access.

Once you have the link to the online gallery, you can mark the photo(s) you like. I will know when you pick your favorite(s) and those are the ones I will retouch for printing. It will take anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks for me to finish the final image(s).

When the image(s) are finished, you will get a print of each processed photo, and a link to an online gallery with the finished pictures where you can order additional prints at very affordable rates. You can also download and share directly from the online gallery.
